He is survived by: his son Billy Blackmon, Jr.; and his siblings, Gary Blackmon (Kathy), Johnny Blackmon (Retha), Mary Ledford, Wanda Brown (John) and Mary Henderson. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
