He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert Hurley and Trixie Elizabeth Hartline Hurley; his wife Julia Hartline Hurley; his children, Pamela Hurley and David Hurley; his grandson Dylan Hurley; and his brother James "Bo" Hurley.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Madysen Hurley and Ethan Brison; and his sister Betty Sue Brooks.
