He is survived by: his wife Tina Kirby; his father Jackie James Kirby, Sr.; his son Marquez Kirby (Bronson Payne); his stepchildren, Jimmy Brown (Brittany), Tyshunn Payne (Tonya), Ryan Jett and Takia Jett; his grandchildren, Jasmynd, David, Lawrence, Isiah, Indinia, Rocky and Karson; his siblings, Michael Kirby, Joshua Leach, Terry Satterfield, Anthony Watkins, Cynthia Kirby (Brannon Harris) and Tonia Wilburn (Coby Smith); his nieces, Jasmyn Harris of Azariah Smith, AA and Latasha Kirby; his nephew Cody Kirby; his great-nephew Semaj Kirby; his friends, Zabriel Perry and Vera Perry of Barbara Malroy; his aunts, Janice Perry and Nancy Kirby; his uncle Ted Kirby; and also, Natasha and Cody.
