He is survived by: his wife Pamela Isaacson Peppers; his children, Kirklan Peppers (Lexi), Melissa Tinnermon (Dewey), Carly Peppers, Cody Marshall (Alyssa), Jeremy Marshall (Erica), Chris Marshall (Debbie) and Josh Marshall; and his siblings, Larry "Hank" Peppers (Debra), Tammy Blackmon Hensley, Marion Ruth Blackmon Smith, Lillie Blackmon Godfrey and Mickey Blackmon Vaughn. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; and special cousins.
