She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph T. McDonald and Patricia Padgett McDonald; and her former husband Alan Johnson. She is survived by: her husband John Malone; her children, Mallorie Johnson and Ben Johnson; her sister Mindy Cash; and her stepchildren, Brody Malone, Cooper Malone, Tyler Malone and Briley Malone.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Restoration House, #11465 Hwy #27, Summerville, Georgia.
