He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry "Tom" Young and Margaret Williams Young; his wife Brenda Darlene Hawkins Young; and his sister Kay Wilson. He is survived by: his children, Tonyu Hinton (Mike), Tommy Young (Kelly) and Jaycee Young (Sandra); his siblings, Rose Burleson (Steve), Anita Young, LeBron Young (Glenda) and David Adams (Melissa); and his grandchildren, Preston Harris (Amber), Cameron Hinton (Khrista), William Hurst (Brittney), Latasha Hines (Jonathan), Aleigha Young, Alexis Ash (Johnathan), Brandon Spraggins and Brianna Spraggins. He is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren.
Due to the current health concerns for the community, those in attendance are asked to keep in mind the current guidelines and restrictions set forth by the C. D. C. as it pertains to social gatherings including the use of face masks and hand sanitizer.
