He is survived by: his children, Brittany Laney, Tyler Laney and Shawn Laney; the parent of his children Leigh Laney; his grandchildren, Daniel, Paul, Thomas, Chyanne, Charleigh, Kevin and Javen; and his siblings, Linda Wooten, Delvia Streets, Darlene Hughes and Rex Laney. He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
