He is survived by: his parent Alene Smith Baker; his daughters-in-law, Thomas Jr., Debbie Baker, Jason Baker and Lacey Baker; his daughter Deborah Cleveland; his son-in-law Jim Cleveland; his stepdaughter Sarah Hood; and his child Mary Baker. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
