He is survived by: his wife Juanita Willingham "Nita" Smith; his daughters, Cristi Leming and Heather Smith (Brandon Cleveland); his adoptive daughter Veronica Westmoreland; his son Jamie; his daughter-in-law Wendy Smith; his siblings, Gayle Pinedo and Ronald W. Smith; and his grandchildren, Ragen McGraw, Anistin Smith, Tanner Leming, Daegan Vaughn, Jaci Cleveland, Keila Chambless and Cody Thomas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
