She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Marvin and Irene Mae Ellison Caldwell; her husband Johnny W. Tapp; and her siblings, Barbara Hartline, Linda Jones, Pamela Caldwell, Charles Caldwell and Dewayne Caldwell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca Hall and Faye DeBerry (Ron); her siblings, Rachel Kilgore, Jerry Caldwell and Ray Caldwell; her children, Lana June Kellett, Jason Marcus Kellett (Susie) and Peter Frank Kellett (Jamie); her siblings, Jean Hawkins (Thomas), Nansi Sparks (Scott), Andrew Thomas Kellett (Cindy) and William David Kellett (Linda); and her grandchildren, Savannah Bailey Kellett, Alexa Kellett, Jakub Blayne Lloyd and Jaxsun Marcus Kellett. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
