With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Susan Rich of Summerville, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 19, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Eugene Barfield and Betty Louise Turner Barfield; and her brother Stanley Barfield. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Smith (Felecia), Heather Marks (Kip) and Maggie Anderson; her grandchildren, Meagan Nicholson (Ford), Caylee Colbert, Mackenzie Benson (McKinley), Laney Marks and Bence Anderson; her great grandchildren, Adalee Ellisor and Aiden Ellisor; and her nephews, Jon Barfield, Stanley Barfield, Jr. and R. J. Barfield.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mason Funeral Home (320 GA-48, Summerville, GA 30747). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
