He is survived by: his close friend Suzanne Willis; his children, Reisha Hoffman and Alan Holbrook; his brother Steven; his sister-in-law Faye Holbrook; his stepmother Sara Holbrook; his grandchildren, Landen Scott Holbrook, John Maverick Blackwell and Kelsey Weaver; his great grandchild Atlas Allen Casey; his uncle J. L.; and his aunt Joy Holbrook. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and additional friends and family.
