She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie William and Annie Bell Bynum Tapp; her husband James Carnul Wester; her siblings, Betty Tapp Slayton, Horace Tapp, Charles Tapp and Johnny Tapp; and her great grandchild Cobe Jordan Williams.
She is survived by: her children, JoAnn Hughes (Buster) of Crossville, Dorothy Isham (Daryl) of Chattanooga, TN., Terry Wester (Barbara) of Crossville, AL., Danny Wester (Donna) of LaFayette and Tim Wester (Tina) of Summerville; her grandchildren, Jennifer Williams, Tyler Hughes, Derek Isham, Missy Burks, Matthew Wester, Terry Wester, Dustin Wester, Daniel Wester, Samantha Wester and J. T. Wester; her great grandchildren, Dillon, Mallory Isham, Alex, Luke Burks, Jonah, Jay Williams, Caleb, Trinity, Mia, Caden Wester, Alden Wester, Will Wester and Dixie Wester; and her sister Hattie Dentman.
