She was predeceased by: her parents, John Melvin Lackey and Nola Hensley Lackey; her husband Bobby Hyde; her son Jimmy Cox; her brother Billy Jack Hensley; and her granddaughters, Regina Leigh Carroll and Rebecca Roberson.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Cox (Elaine) of Florida, Kathy Hodge of Florida and Debbie Whaley (Terry) of Summerville. She is also survived by Seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and ten great great grandchildren.
