He is survived by: his daughter Sherry Cook; his siblings, Naomi (Tim Scoggins), Thelma Johnston (Delona), Rick Daffron, Bill Broyles, Bade and Sylvia Eller; and his grandchildren, Brody Dye and Bonnie Cook. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
