He was predeceased by: his parent Max Floyd; and his brother Donny Floyd. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Floyd; his daughters-in-law, Kelly Floyd, Michelle Floyd, Jonathan P. and Lee Adair Floyd; his mother Mamie Roper Floyd; and his grandchildren, Tyler Floyd, Chloe Floyd and Dabney Ann Floyd.
