He is survived by: his wife Linda Pettyjohn; his children, Lisa and Lamar; his daughter-in-law Michelle Pettyjohn; his sisters, Barbara Farrow and Ella Jean Allen; his grandchildren, Brandon (Jennifer Hampton), Hayley (Matt McPhail), Chandler (Josie Pettyjohn) and Courtney (Lee Massey); his great grandchildren, Gunner McPhail, Brice Hampton, Baylor Hampton, Charlie Massey and Hallee Pettyjohn; his nephew Larry Stoker; and also Terry Hampton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
