It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ronald Gene Hill of Summerville, Georgia, born in Middlesboro, Kentucky, who passed away on March 10, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Gene "Tim" Hill and Marie Glass Hill; his sister Edie Suzanne Hill; his grandparents, Hayburn Emmett, Milphia Glass and Orbin Lee Hill; and his niece Wendy Marie Armstrong Douthat.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Jaynes Hill; his daughter Keri Beth Roberts (Paul); his grandsons, Dallas W. Roberts and Davis W. Roberts; his siblings, Dennis Hill (Pauline), Linda Armstrong (Clinton) and Tim Hill; and his nieces and nephews, Clint Armstrong (Jyn), Jesse Hill (Christina), Eryn and Katy Hill. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations be made to the Summerville/Trion Student Bass Clubs, or to the Horizon Baptist Fellowship Memorial Fund.
