He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Calvin Blalock and Lula Don Hartline Blalock; and his siblings, Katherine Vernon, Nell Dood, Hugh Blalock and Bobby Blalock.
He is survived by: his wife Eleise Bramlett Blalock; his daughters, Sharon Padgett (Sammy), Melissa Cummings (Allen) and Scarlet Makohon (Jared); his brothers, Benjamin Blalock and Sammy Harold Blalock; his grandchildren, April Padgett, Chris Padgett, Shawn Cummings, Michelle Young, Amanda Hughes, Heaven Broome, Anslei Broome, Shade Patterson, Stormie Johnson and Jace Makahon; his great grandchildren, Timothy Chitwood, McKenzy Chitwood, Bethany Chitwood and Blakely Padgett; and his caregivers, Tina Cordle, Tracey Spraggins and Pat Roberson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
