He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Thomas and Rosey Louise Roper Dover. He is survived by: his son Derek Dover; and his siblings, Tommy Dover (Freida) and Sharon Sweatman (Leroy). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests that memorial donations be made to the Subligna Baptist Church Building Fund in Mr. Dover's honor.
