He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Hines and Christine Barrett Hines; and his stepdaughter Rebecca Kay Ledford. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay Hines; his stepson Charles Lee Crowe; his brother Jimmy Lee Burrage; his mothers-in-law, Kathy Padgett and Connie Padgett; and his siblings-in-law, Dewey Padgett, William Hotalen, Tony Hotalen, Amanda Hotalen, April Hotalen, Debra Hotalen, Shantelle Padgett and Jolene Burgley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and additional family members.
