He was predeceased by: his parents, D. B. Browning and Mary Lou Elsberry Browning; his wife Brenda Gail Baggett Browning; his son Richard Lindsey Browning; and his grandson Elijah Mateo.
He is survived by: his children, Todd Browning (Jennifer), Becky Browning and Jennifer Browning; his brother Teddy; his sister-in-law Karen Browning; his sister Vickie Fulmer; his grandchildren, Jessica, Domingo Mateo, Zackary, Heather Black, Austin Campbell, Destiny Browning, Murphy Alexis Browning, Devin Joe Campbell, Lindsey McKayla Browning, Ethan Adams and Evan Adams; and his great grandchildren, Alivia Mateo, Aiden Mateo, Avery Mateo, Trae Campbell, Zayden Campbell, Anna Silvers, Ian Black, Zoe Black, Kennedy Lee and Liam Lee. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
