He is survived by: his brother James Watkins (Freda); his children, Jason Watkins (Kerinia), Johnny Richard Watkins, III (Anna), Janel Watkins and Laura Watkins; and his aunts, Eva Byron and Annie Black. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, a host of cousins, other relatives, church family, and friends.
