It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Regina Jill McElroy of Summerville, Georgia, born in Trion, Georgia, who passed away on November 8, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Nelson and Imogene Cochran Nelson; and her brother Johnny Bryant Nelson. She is survived by: her daughter Allisha McElroy; her son-in-law Reynolds (Caleb); her grandchildren, Riley McElroy and Esther Mae Reynolds; and her cousins, Melissa Laney and Tracy Hall. She is also survived by family members and friends.
