He is survived by: his wife Kathy Cooper; his daughters, Rebecca Carico (Michael) and Breezy Henderson (Brandon); his mother Betty Cooper; his brother Mickey Cooper; his son Chad Butler (Brittany); and his sister-in-law Debbie Cooper. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
