She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Dewitt Youngblood and Ethel Evelyn Norton Youngblood; her husband Herbert "Cooley" Dodd; and her grandson Blake Edward Young. She is survived by: her children, Eddie Young (Rhonda), Gail Barksdale and June Hightower; her stepchildren, Jeff Dodd and Lynda Dodd; her siblings, Ted Youngblood (Betty) and Betty Norton Tyson; her grandchildren, Terri Garrett, Amy Morris (Jesse), Amber Lindley (Brandan) and Colby Young; and her great grandchildren, Shelbie Childers (Jason), Zackery Anderson, Bean Rayburn, Ben Lindley and Sam Lindley.
