She was predeceased by: her parents, Gibson Maynard and Jewell Deering Maynard; her husband William Thomas "Bill" Espy; her siblings, Buster Maynard, Austin Maynard, Glenn Maynard, Letha Pickle and Melinda Floyd; and her grandsons, Wyatt Gilreath and Wilder Gilreath.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles Gilreath (Paula) and Raymond Douglas Gilreath; her sisters, Debbie Cooper, Sandra Corbin, Alice Ballinger and Brenda Hughes; her grandchildren, Mason Gilreath (Korea), Charlie Sophia Gilreath and Hadley Gilreath; and her great grandchildren, Coleman Gilreath, Harbor Gilreath and Payton Gilreath.
