She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Smith and Ruby Ware Smith; and her brothers, William Smith, Charles Smith and Henry Smith, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Gayle Smith, Lena Jinks and Phyllis Hickey; and her siblings, Frank Smith, McAuthor Smith and Henrietta Lindley. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Due to the current health concerns for the community, those in attendance are asked to keep in mind the current guidelines and restrictions set forth by the C. D. C. as it pertains to social gatherings including the use of face masks and hand sanitizer.
