It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Howard (Summerville, Georgia), born in Copperhill, Tennessee, who passed away on March 10, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Herbert W. Howard; her children, Ross Jones III (Linda), Dale Jones (Michele), Paul Jones (Laura) and Victoria Trammel (James Sr.); and her brother Hillyer Chapman (Diana). She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
