He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Fowler Plunkett; and his siblings, Myra Jenkins, Mildred Hawkins, Edna Coulter, Neal Plunkett and Wayne Plunkett.
He is survived by: his daughter Ron Plunkett (Lynn); his sister Janice Sparks (Larry); and his grandchild Ina Scoggins. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
