She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeddy Light and Mildred Ashworth Light; her sisters, Faye Duke, Raynell Wiseman, Carol Ash and Pat Woods; and her granddaughter Chelsea Gilliland.
She is survived by: her children, Steve R. Jones (Carol), Angela Lane, Carolyn Gill and Pam Jackson; and her siblings, Jerry Light, Billy Light (Debbie), Nancy Light, Fredda McCrickard, Roxie Weesner (Larry), Liz Bennett (Jim) and Debbie Warnock. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mason Funeral Home (320 GA-48, Summerville, GA 30747). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at the Summerville Cemetery (110 Highland Ave, Summerville, GA 30747).
