She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Grubiak and Kastina Serafin Grubiak; her former husband Roy Cook; her husband Albert Schroeder; and her stepsons, Bruce Schroeder and Albert "Butch" Schroeder.
She is survived by: her children, Roy Cook (Machelle), Fran Cook and Connie Mikovits. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
