She was predeceased by: her parents, John William Dover and Bertha Williams Dover. She is survived by: her children, Wendy, Nicole Dover of Rome, David M. Barnes of Rome and Scotty Phillips of Rome; and her siblings, Patricia Jones of Summerville, Alice Lingerfelt of Cartersville, Geraldine Dover of Cartersville, Robert Dover of Cartersville and Jimmy Dover of Cartersville. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Ms. Phillips is a survivor of COVID-19 even tho she had many preexisting illnesses.
