It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Crane of Summerville, Georgia, born in Lyerly, Georgia, who passed away on August 31, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Mary Ann Whittle; and her siblings, Marvelene Devalt, Christine Gary, Clevidale Hawkins, Alfred Sims, Richard "Merdie" Sims, Fred "Doodle" Smith and Jack West.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Crane; her daughter Charlotte Caroll (John Woodruff); and her brother Felton Sims. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and a host of great-grandchildren.
Due to current community health concerns, face masks and the use of hand sanitizer will be requested for anyone attending the services.
