She is survived by: her children, Thomas Baker (Debbie), Jason Baker (Lacey) and Deborah Cleveland (Jim); her grandchildren, Emily Costolnick, Justin Baker, Shelby Baker, Olivia and Colton Baker; and her great grandchildren, Shophi Taylor, Tyler Costolnick and Sloan Baker.
