He is survived by: his parent Susie Beland Angles; his wife Gertrude Hudgins Angles; his grandson Clinton Fate Angles; his great grandchild Chelsea Lenn Gilliland; his son Jimmy Angles; his daughter-in-law Kaye Angles; his daughter JoAnn Scoggins; his son-in-law Charles Scoggins; his grandsons, Jim Gilliland and Jason Gilliland; and his great grandchildren, Mason Gilliland, McKensie Gilliland and James Madison "Tad" Gilliland III.
