She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Kilgore and Lois Austin Kilgore; and her sisters, Carolyn Starks and Shirley Wallace. She is survived by: her husband Rev. Ken Johnson; her daughters, Kim (Dwane Justice), Brenda (Jeremy Worsham) and Cricket (Kindel Thurston); her siblings, Randall Kilgore and Patty; her brother-in-law J. C. Christian; and her grandchildren, Katee Justice, Wendy Greer (Tripp), Dakota Thurston (Becky) and Skyler Thurston. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
