She is survived by: her children, Mary Ann Posey Maddux (Jeff) and Jeffery Michael Posey (Joann); her grandchildren, Kassandra Posey, Jaylyn Gann Posey, McKenzie Hudgins, Tari Maddux, Tatum Maddux, Braden Maddux, Samantha Witten, Courtney Brown and Gavin Gann; her great grandchild Gracelynn Posey; her brother Terry Don Smith; her niece Amy Shy Smith; her great-nephew Brendon Michael Smith; and also Michael Lewis Posey.
