It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leon Scott Jr. (Summerville, Georgia), who passed away on March 24, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Frank Scott, Sr. and Willie Mae Scott Anthony; and his siblings, Annie Brown and Jerry Scott. He is survived by: his children, Gabriel Scott, Kirk Jackson, Wendy Scott and Penny Jackson Williams (George); his grandchildren, Premis Scott Rainwater (Bryan), Sasha Scott, Irish Coats Wells (Morrie), Titus Jackson, Dantaveius Jett and Treas Jackson; his great grandchildren, Talia, Ezmun, Zayden, Leviticus, Javen, SeNailah, Bryana, Octavious, Dantazeious, Jr. and Malachi; his sister Sheraldine Miller (James); his uncles, Bobby Martin, Cydni White, Fecia Watkins, Flecia Brown and Kynsli Watkins; his niece Candis Davis (KirK); his great-nephews, Isaac Cordle, Kingston Davis and Sterling Davis; his cousin Shamel Jackson; his nieces and nephews, Disica Scott Lewis, Jerika Scott, Jared Scott, Cantrell Smith and Casey Smith; and his cousins, Peaches, Shaddy, Tara, Kippi, Tuffy and Dr. Raymond McKoy. He is also survived by other loving nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
Following the guidelines of COVID-19, the family is enforcing that all attendees wear a mask and practice social distancing.
