She is survived by: her husband Charles William "Chuck" Westmoreland; her children, Joshua Kyle Westmoreland, Lakeisha Swinford and Jennifer Westmoreland; her siblings, Ronald Langford, Rodney Langford and Debra Conway; her grandchildren, Brookelyn Williams, Ansley Westmoreland, Kyle Westmoreland, Ivan Westmoreland, Kaitlyn Swinford and Brandon Swinford; and her great grandchild Jameson Whaley.
