He is survived by: his close friend Tammy White; his children, Issac Bice, Jacob Bice, Kelly Bice, Jr., Corey Bice, Paula Bice and Amanda Pritchett; and his sisters, Tina Hayes and Elizabeth Holbrook. He is also survived by several grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
