She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Wayne Prince and Kathleen Hunter Smith; her siblings, Deloris Prince and James Edward "Eddie" Prince; and her nephew Justin Godfrey.

She is survived by: her husband Mitch Ward; her children, Joshua Hewitt, Jacob Hewitt, Bradon "Bama" Butts, Felinia Butts and Kerrie Vaughn; her sisters, Linda Howell (Ricky), Barbara Burnette (Randall), Dorothy Hartline (Marvin) and Donna Pershau (Drake); her daughter Angie Fralick; and also Jennifer Burnette.
