She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald T. Jackson and Leona Collar Jackson; her husband James W. Witten, Sr.; her son Michael Witten; and her sisters, Dorothy Upchurch, Janet Valmos and Vera Ballard.
She is survived by: her children, James W. Witten, Jr., Mary Bridges, Jenny Albertson and Dorothy Knoezer; and her sister Margaret Pitre. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
