It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Josie Mae Nichols of Summerville, Georgia, who passed away on July 9, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Andrew and Annie Mae Brown Smith; her husband Cecil Deward Nichols, Sr.; and her son Cecil Deward Nichols, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, David Wayne Nichols (Kimberly) and Teresa Lynn Primak (Mark); and her siblings, Ernest Paul Smith (Jo), Mary Nell Wright, Alice Faye Smith and Annie Lee Shaffer (Frank). She is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
