He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Cundiff and Mable Lee Padgett Cundiff; and his stepsister Kay Hamby. He is survived by: his wife Betty Adams Cundiff; his children, David Cundiff (Stephanie), Author Cundiff, Jason Cundiff and Deborah Bailey (Richard); and his siblings, Jimmy Cundiff (Carleen), Robert Cundiff (Judy), Ray Cundiff and Linda Bray (Marvin). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
