He was predeceased by: his father William Henry Norton; his brother William Earle Norton; and his grandchild Jordan Alan Vaughn. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Marshall Norton; his children, Jason Vaughn, Joey Norton (Ande), Barry Vaughn (Fayla), Stacy Vaughn (Shelley) and Tammy Norton; his siblings, Jonathon Payton (Oneida) and Evone Tolbert (Mike); his grandchildren, Taylen, Cody, Braxton, Daegen Vaughn, Trey Norton (Amanda), Gabriel Norton and Sidni Justus (Connor); his great grandchild Mila Justus; his close friend Tony Watson; and his caregiver Michelle Allie.
