Bryant (Summerville, Georgia), born in New Albany, Mississippi, who passed away on February 16, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Clyde Bryant and Jewel Roberts Martin; and his half-sister Betty Lois Martin. He is survived by: his close friend Esther Timbes Bryant; his sons, Michael Carl Bryant (Susan) and James Alan Bryant (Diane); his grandchildren, Brandi Nicole Pierce, Jessica Diane Willingham (Adam) and James Aaron Bryant (Katie); and his great grandchildren, Reed James Willingham and Avery Ann Willingham.
He served several terms as Moderator of the Chattooga Baptist Association and several terms as a Georgia Baptist Convention Executive Committee member and the Georgia Baptist Foundation.
