He was predeceased by: his father Jesse Adams, Jr.; and his siblings, Kathy Adams and Dwayne Douglas Adams. He is survived by: his wife Angela D. Adams; his children, Wendy Smith (Randy), Tiffany Ratliff, Tony Michael Ratliff and Bradley Nichols Adams; his siblings, Jacqueline Griffin (David), Willie George Adams and Terry Adams; his uncles, Albert Lester and Lee Lester; his mother-in-law Corine Nichols; and his close friend Howard Irvin. He is also survived by sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; several nieces, and nephews.
