It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Quail Ricketts of Summerville, Georgia, born in Menlo, Georgia, who passed away on May 8, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Ricketts and Annie Ruth Quail Ricketts; his daughter Jerri Lynn Ricketts; and his siblings, Helen Norton, Martha Warren, Claude Ricketts, Hugh Ricketts, Bud Ricketts, Joe Ricketts and Bobby Ricketts.
He is survived by: his daughter Sonya Ricketts; his siblings, Jimmy Ricketts, Lelia Williams and Sarah Thompson; and his caregiver Ann Strawn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to the Chattooga Senior Center or the charity of your choice.
