He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee F. Corbin and Nellie A. Hill Corbin; and his siblings, Ralph Corbin, George (Marie Corbin), Lloyd Corbin and Francis (Ed Lanier).
He is survived by: his wife Betty Wooten Corbin; his son Christopher; his daughter-in-law Staci Corbin; his daughter Sonya; his son-in-law Jack Ledford; his siblings, Floyd Lee Corbin, Faye (Ray Wooten) and Kathleen (Tommy Silvers); his sister-in-law Maggie Corbin; and his grandchildren, Brinley, Brock, Bryant and Mollie Corbin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, and in honor of Jerry, the family asks that donations be sent to Hackerman-Patz House at Sinai Hospital, 2434C W. Belvedere Ave., Baltimore, MD 21215, a facility dear to the Corbin family.
